1. No returns accepted.
2. Goods sizes, colours are delivered as request and Zazi isn’t liable for any mistakes or other errors by the product retailers.
3. There are delivery fees and goods can only be delivered once paid.
4. Sometimes there can be unforeseen delays and they may be out of our control.
5. There are two delivery types and the fees and delivery times depend on what you select. By air or by sea.
6. Delivery insurance available on request.
7. Unless you pay for insurance we are not liable for any damages during delivery.
8. Special discounts on delivery fees and commission are to our discretion and can change at any given time without notice.
9. Failure to pay within two weeks will result in order cancellation.
